Outlets Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Outlets Service Manager to lead our dining outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table.
- Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding.
- Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations.
- Manage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilities.
- Liaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage, and ensure venue functionality and cleanliness.
Performance Expectations:
- Proficiency in Open Table and Micros and strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Maintain high service standards and a consistent, personality-driven service style.
- Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative environment and team approach.
- Address issues effectively and make timely decisions.
- Communicate clearly and respond to questions with understanding.
- Inspire and motivate staff, promote a positive work environment, and drive the restaurant’s vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a dining or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for exceptional service.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
